The Safety Training Consortium (STC) is a higher-education membership organization founded by research universities to develop safety training for the research community.
Our mission is to develop high-quality, engaging, and affordable online training to promote safety. The courses satisfy OSHA requirements and are designed to address applicable state requirements. The Consortium maintains its own safety training STC safety training course library, which members can customize to meet their specific needs. STC courses are compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Members can also use the Consortium to share training they have developed through the shared Course Library. |
As an academic group, we are driven by educational achievement and not profit. We enable metrics to evaluate our courses. Stakeholders joining the Consortium include universities and colleges as well as organizations with research interests from across the country.
